**Phase 4 is fast approaching!** Rewards for shielding will bring many new users 👀 At Luminara, 🔅 we want to be prepared to provide user support, since we expect a wave of new users who need help with Namada. We also we want to track bugs for the Namadillo team to squash, and take feedback to improve the shielding experience ✨ We want to help you to help newcomers, so the plan for the Shield Support Squad 🦑 is to: - Field basic setup/“how-to” questions in chat - Triage incoming bug reports - Escalate high-impact issues to devs - Contribute & update a living “Known-Issues FAQ” We expect most of the support need to be front-loaded–lots of action early days, and then taper out quickly as people become familiar, support resources develop, and as issues are fixed. Want to join the Shield Support Squad? 🦑 Please reply below (or send @Gavin a DM here or Discord) 🫡 We are planning support assuming shielded rewards will begin June 2. Time commitment is estimated to be ~6 hours per person on the opening day and next, then we can likely batch support to be ~2 hours per day for the next five days. We can review throughout to adjust expectations. ---
