# Ibc action on Namada will help token circulation between Cosmos - Namada - ETH is easier

When a user wants to transfer some tokens from Cosmos to Eth. They need to use a bridge to transfer tokens. But the bridge costs a lot of time and money. Instead of it, we can use namada as a bridge. Namada supports ibc transfers between Cosmos - Namada, Namada - ETH. It only takes a few seconds and the fee is very cheap. It is a major improvement from the Narmada project

Are you sure it will take a few seconds? In Namada, a block time is about 11 seconds and these two transactions will be completed in about 4 blocks. That’s 44 seconds.
