留部分通胀去赞助其他项目方其他项目方空投给予用户鼓励用户质押的同时，能够把用户带入系统生态，实现用户质押空投与生态系统获得资助的长期循环发展。这样会很多使得新用户质押进来，这个方案类似质押原子获得空投模式，我们增加了部分丰厚的奖励生态，生态反哺用户。如果生怕女巫可以进行kyc类似的证明，
质押奖励的吸引力可能没有质押空投的吸引力大，我建议可以留一部分通胀资助生态发展，同时生态能够空投给质押的用户

Quick note. It would be great to have all commits additionally signed. This adds an extra layer of trust, ensuring others can confidently verify that the changes come from a trusted source. It might sound boring, but configuring signed commits is just a matter of one line, so I think it’s worth it

I agree with the idea of keeping PGF inflation at 0% for the time being.
Proposal check came out positive, looks good to us.
with bonded rate going to >20% we will be voting yes.
The initiated proposal will set PGF Inflation to 5% and PGF Steward Inflation to 0% though.
I want to clarify that I meant to turn off the PGF steward inflation for now. Apologies for the misunderstanding
