tl;dr is that Namada is about to make “privacy yield” a thing–after mainnet we’ll be rewarded for depositing and shielding Ethereum and Cosmos assets. Namada will use the battle-tested IBC for Cosmos assets, but be cautious about using a new Ethereum bridge. Lots of assets have been lost from bridge failures in the past.
