Phase 4 is fast approaching! Rewards for shielding will bring many new users ![]()
At Luminara,
we want to be prepared to provide user support, since we expect a wave of new users who need help with Namada. We also we want to track bugs for the Namadillo team to squash, and take feedback to improve the shielding experience ![]()
We want to help you to help newcomers, so the plan for the Shield Support Squad
is to:
- Field basic setup/“how-to” questions in chat
- Triage incoming bug reports
- Escalate high-impact issues to devs
- Contribute & update a living “Known-Issues FAQ”
We expect most of the support need to be front-loaded–lots of action early days, and then taper out quickly as people become familiar, support resources develop, and as issues are fixed.

We are planning support assuming shielded rewards will begin June 2. Time commitment is estimated to be ~6 hours per person on the opening day and next, then we can likely batch support to be ~2 hours per day for the next five days. We can review throughout to adjust expectations.
