This web based tool should make it easy for anyone to create a governance proposal and preview what it will look like before launching it on-chain.
The CLI will still be needed to launch the governance proposal, and this will create the .json file needed for that. Use with caution: the app is new, and has not been extensively tested 
When Namada’s JS SDK supports proposal creation transactions, we will update this app to support signing (via keychain browser extension) and submission directly to testnet or mainnet.
