[PROPOSAL] Incentive testing

Hello, I thought that there could be some way of encouraging users who wish to test the network to do so. From phase 3 onwards, new tasks can be carried out, which will undoubtedly be commented on by these users, who will give feedback and may even find bugs. Documenting all this would be even more important if there is some kind of incentive. Thank you and best regards team.
