Have a bot or flow that automatically adds a new hot-topic or other thread/channel in discord where people can discuss governance proposals.
Reasoning
At the moment, the hot-topics channel in discord seems to be permissioned. I think this is fine, but I would ideally like to have a place to concentrate discussion around pgf proposals that is not just on the forum. I think discord discussions flow a bit better for brainstorming.
