Reduce node disk space by pruning old CometBFT blocks

Cross-posting from @brentstone on Namada Discord:

There are now instructions in the docs to help you prune old CometBFT blocks and significantly reduce the disk space of your nodes in the cometbft directory. Pls see: Namada Documentation - Pruning CometBFT blocks You simply stop your node, run a command, then restart your node.

@brentstone are there any trade-offs that we should be aware of? For those who opt to use pruning.
