I nominate Philipp Jovanovic for RPGF.
Philipp is a professor at UCL, co-founder at ZKValidator and scientific advisor to cLabs.
Philipp authored many research works around the topics of cryptography, security and distributed systems, a few of which are actively used in the blockchain ecosystem - such as Plumo and follow-up works to Scalable Bias-Resistant Distributed Randomness. A list of papers can be seen on dblp.
Philipp also co-runs ringzero0, which is an offensive security training program.
As such, I believe Philipp’s works has a measurable impact on our field.
