Two addresses will not receive the intended PGF amount, because of an interesting phenomenon: if the PGF proposal contains more than one entry for the same address and the same number of NAM, only one of the entries is actually enacted.
Additionally, one of the duplicates was not intentional–it was supposed to be a different tnam address, and so it’s good that this won’t be enacted. To rectify the situation, I’ve prepared a new PGF proposal to accompany the first.
